I've forgotten my password

If you've already bought a policy from us then you should have received an email explaining how you can log into this area to gain access to any policies or quotes you have already created.

To login simply enter your username and password into the form provided and then click on the Login button.

The members area allows you to:

  • Update your personal details (excluding information that affects your policy e.g. date of birth).
  • View/download your policy (or policies!) from anywhere in the World.
  • Instant access to the accompanying documents.

If you didn't receive your login details, or are unable to find them, you can request a new password. Alternatively you can contact the call centre on 0845 643 2635 and they'll resend your details to you.
